Salesforce Consultant (m/f/x)
As a Salesforce Consultant (m/f/x), you play a pivotal role within our dynamic, cross-functional project teams. Your primary mission is to provide expert guidance to companies spanning the spectrum from startups to established corporations, assisting them in crafting intricate Salesforce solutions and executing these initiatives alongside your team.

- Take charge of designing and implementing Salesforce solutions within the Sales or Service Cloud environment.
- Conduct thorough assessments of our clients’ existing Salesforce systems.
- Lead IT projects within the Salesforce ecosystem, driving innovation and improvement.
- Analyze and fine-tune processes to optimize their performance.
- Oversee test support and release management, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Provide ongoing support to our clients post-project completion.
- Commit to continuous self-improvement through consistent training and certification programs.
Here is what you need to have:
- A degree in IT, business informatics, or a related field.
- At least one year of hands-on experience in configuring and managing cloud-based CRM solutions.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, including certifications in Salesforce Sales, Service, and/or Marketing Cloud.
- A strong background in IT, including knowledge of SaaS, databases, and CRM systems.
- Excellent analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset.
- Prior experience in project management and implementing IT solutions.
- Proficient communication skills in both German and English, along with a willingness to travel for project-related purposes.
